There has been a change in the Java application used to view many Java greetings across the internet. Often times developers don't take the time to consider what is safe and has been safe for years when they classify something, and then add it to their own Java application. It sure makes for a good scare tactic though!

 

If you see the message; Java has discovered application components that could indicate a security concern. It gives the name "lake", then asks you if you want to "Block potentially unsafe components from being run? Understand that this is the same java animation that has been used for years, I do not know why they could not input that information into their concerns. Anyway if you choose NO, you WILL SEE the java card as intended, If you choose YES…… you will be all out of water, in fact it will look pretty dry.
